Thank you for visiting our Wagoner Family Mission Dispatch page. We are thankful that you have taken the time to learn more about the ministry that the Lord has appointed us to.
Brooke and I have been married for 18 years and have served the Lord around North Carolina in multiple ministry capacities. We have 4 teenage children Eli, Noah, Kanaan, and Madelyn. We currently live in Charlotte NC and minister to ministry leaders around the world.
Just like each of us, ministry leaders need someone to invest, support, and encourage them. Gospel Ministry is dangerous. It has left many casualties in its wake. Jesus was the "Man of Sorrows, acquainted with grief". His kingdom leaders also received that weighty title. Depressed, isolated, and discouraged are often descriptions of ministry leaders and their families. The greatest support we have received over 18 years of gospel ministry has been found in seasoned, hope-filled, wise counsel. Providing Support, Encouragement, and Counsel for ministry leaders is our vision for kingdom advancement. We disciple ministry leaders through intentional relationships that provide coaching, consulting, mentorship, and calling navigation. Creating safe space and effective leadership to help navigate the wild west of leading ministries.
We help discern and articulate the vision and calling of ministry leaders and then support the vision by walking alongside the leader. We provide a support system and relationships that will help sustain health and joy in ministry.
