Our Vision Statement
By 2035 Tucson Refugee Ministry will be recognized as a place where refugees are welcomed and become an integral part of our city. TRM empowers the community to follow the Good Samaritan’s example, working together to help every refugee family become self-sufficient, create a home and discover their place in God’s plan.

My Part
As Director of Operations at Tucson Refugee Ministry, I serve in a multifaceted leadership role that touches nearly every aspect of our organization. I oversee human resources, manage payroll and budgeting, lead our English Learning Department, and direct our Customer Service and Barista Training programs. In addition to these responsibilities, I work closely with our other departments to strengthen their operations, support their teams, and ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. My work helps create a strong foundation that allows our ministry to fulfill its mission of walking alongside refugees and immigrants as they build new lives, develop valuable skills, gain confidence, and pursue greater independence. I am passionate about serving others and helping turn our mission into meaningful, lasting change. Through this work, I have the privilege of supporting not only the people we serve, but also the dedicated team that makes this life-changing work possible.
